Shanghai Yu-fei Metal Products Co., Ltd. was founded in 1985, located in Shanghai Pudong district, covers an area of 13,000 square meters. We are a number of following association and organizations: the National Association of Fractional Horsepower Motors, Shanghai Entrepreneurs Association, the Shanghai Motor Trade Association, WE are professional aluminum die casting manufacturer. Currently we have 125 employees, including 10 managers and 8 technicians. We have got qualified of ISO9001: 2008 quality management system certification.
As we have good management of our facilities and we have advanced, excellent equipments, advanced technology, superb technology, reliable quality, reasonable price and services, we can provide excellent products to our customers.
The company has capacity on annual production of 1 million pieces of motor aluminum die castings (including chassis,, cover and salt tablets, cast aluminum rotor, etc.), electric car chassis die casting cover, and mass production of various parts, zinc, aluminum alloy casting parts and precision machining components. We provide service to our customer of OEM for export projects. Meanwhile we can open molds according to the requirement and drawing to meet the demands from customers.
We have customers from Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang and Hebei, Our main customers are Shanghai Jinling Special Motor Co., Ltd., Shanghai Road Industrial Co., Ltd., Shanghai 1000 Crane Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd., Shanghai Pujiang Motor Factory, Anhui Wannan Electric Machine Factory, Sanda Precision Hardware Manufacturing (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Automobile Import and Export Company Limited.
We have horizontal die casting machines 11 sets(1 set of 1250T, 800T, 650T, 400T and 250T, 2 sets of 160T,3 sets of 150T and 1 set of 125T), vertical die casting machines 3 sets(63T, 40T, 20T), 12 sets of CNC lathes, 3 sets of CNC wire cutting machines, 25 sets of lathe, milling machine, grinder, planer, drilling machines, open-type pressers (15T-125T 14 units), 1 set of spray painting machine and more than 60 sets of table drilling machine, tapping machine, polishing machine, etc.
In order to expend business, from 2009, we started the project of new electric motorcycle wheel hub. We introduce more advanced inspection equipments and an assembly production line for motor armatures. The new wheel hub has been applied for patent.
